Did it last year and I will never go back. If your pulling 65lbs or so and not trying to shoot 500g arrows then it just makes sense. -
7mm-08 all around hunting load
The factory hornady 150eldx loads shoot great out of 3 tikkas I have. Also moose just lay over when you put one in the boiler room. -
WTS Tikka 300WSM Stainless barreled action
Hard to convince most people to buy a used gun for the same price as a new one of the same make. I think this is a fine rifle and the barrel is a good upgrade for the folks that want to run a can. Ttt- AkRyan

Lowest mount red dot for 45/70
What have you guys used on your lever guns for red dots? I have tried a few but they all raised the line of sight so much that I loose my cheek position. -

Buddy just had a 180g cx pencil trough a moose at 100yrd broad side shot. It died but not great bullet performance. 300wsm btw -

My friends 22in tikka gets 2950 with 200g hand loads. What your asking for isn't available in box ammo unless you do a 300prc for factory ammo in a standard action length. I get 2850 with 180g in my 18in 300wsm and it put moose and bears down. -
WTB Need 375 ruger ammunition
3bears has some. Sportsmans in wasilla has the 270g also. I think wallmart in wasilla even has some still. The 270g will work on anything up here btw.- AkRyan

Hoping to our amart this guy.
I've gone out for him twice and I could hear him circling me. Went out and put up a stand behind his "track" so I can pit my wife on the barrel and pick him off when he circles her haha wish me luck.
