Nah, ran to the trees. Big spoons were smashing them but he couldn't catch up. Showed up at our camp up north of the draw 3 AM. Just spent a couple weeks home in northwest Colorado archery. Had 2 bugles at night. Dead silent almost every night. Found more dead cow elk skulls than seen elk. Seemed to see 3 bucks to every doe.
