Name and Number on arrow wraps

I guess it all comes down to perceived risk. Each person has to look at the positives and negatives pointed out already and if not a regulation then make the decision they are comfortable with. Heck, I tear off the address labels on all my hunting and shooting magazines before I throw them into...

Trinovid 10x42 HD vs MeoPro Air HD

I have read the Trinovids lose clarity around the edges. Have any of you noticed this? Thanks for everyone’s input.

Name and Number on arrow wraps

What if someone finds your arrow and uses it for something illegal or sticks it in the side of someone’s house, car etc. Another scenario in todays world, you lose an arrow and someone walks into it or their horse does. I was just riding my horse on our national forest and a big bad hunter left...

Trinovid 10x42 HD vs MeoPro Air HD

Thanks for the reply Doc. I could save a considerable amount of money buying used Trinovids over new MeoPro Airs but don’t want to regret it.

Trinovid 10x42 HD vs MeoPro Air HD

I have seen these coming up for trade and sale quite a bit and they didn’t do as well on the bino test as the MeoPro Air. Are these going to be an expensive disappointment or hardly noticeable difference?

    Where are the Reloder powders?

One of our LGS has had a decent supply for a while now. They have had more of the Reloader powders than anything else over the last few years. Maybe it’s a regional thing.

    Exo Mountain K4?

I will have to check them out again. I don’t have internet at home and data restrictions on my phone so I probably missed newer YouTube videos. Thanks for the information.

    Exo Mountain K4?

Is there anywhere in fitting directions that explains what you will feel if the adjustments are set to long or two short? You know if it feels like this you need to do this? Just for us non-pack guru types.

CO archery bear (while elk hunting)

Depending on unit there are over the counter rifle tags that are list B and if you have access, private land only rifle bear tags that are list B or C. It’s just a lot more fun with a bow. If you purchase a rifle tag you can use any lesser weapon so it’s good for bow or muzzleloader too. You...

    AM, Mid-day or PM kills?

I hunt Colorado archery elk and bear opening week. Out of 7 bears 4were evening, 2 midday and the other I can’t place the time for some reason but I have never killed a bear in the morning. I see the most bear activity at waterholes midday when they go for a swim to cool off or in the evening...

From one FNG to another welcome. What state or states did you work in as a game warden?

CO archery bear (while elk hunting)

As is usually the case there are many variables. The unit you will be hunting, time you have to hunt and how much you want a bear. If getting a bear is on your bucket list than it will of course be more worthwhile. I put in for archery elk every year and get at least 1 bear tag too. The last few...

Rosie bull, I got your PM and really appreciate you taking the time to help out. I tried to reply but I don’t have enough posts to PM yet. Just wanted to make sure I was able to thank you for all the time and effort. Dave

    Exo Mountain K4?

I'm inquisitive today so I have another question. I hate bow quivers and have always used a Cat Quiver. So, when not using a bow quiver how do you guys use a quiver? I have always liked being able to just reach back and get an arrow from my Cat Quiver. Pictures may be required I apparently don't...

    Exo Mountain K4?

I have a question about the crib loader. I understand you want to keep the weight higher in the pack. So why is the bottom of the crib loader at the bottom of the frame? Would it be better to sinch down the bottom strap to move the weight up higher on the frame?

    Exo Mountain K4?

This may not help much because I am not a backpacking super trooper. I live in the eastern half of the country and when I go hunting out west they are day trips from a drop camp I wanted a pack that I could use packing in even though it may never happen. Because I don't pack in, I do not own or...

    Exo Mountain K4?

The arrows are for the same people they put the no smoking signs up for at the gas’s pumps. There is a growing segment of our society that relies on help from others to get through every day living.
