Weather changes every 9 minutes here in SW Montana, I think may is a safe bet. It’s been a very mild winter (snow depth wise.) Be prepared for any weather as the forecast is usually unpredictable. Found these tracks at about 5,500 feet so I know the bears are out.
SW part of the state had very low numbers from what I saw last year compared to 2022. Winter has been mild for the most part this year, hoping for a recovery and some better numbers for 2024
Depends on what fletching I’m using. Max bond for most hybrid, medium flex fletchings. If I throw on heat veins or something I use a stiffer glue like gorilla etc.
I like the pulled pork idea, I tried some blackstrap and it was really lean and almost rubbery. May have been the way I cooked it that made it turn out that way.
