Great review....I love my 10x42 Viper's. In 3 years never had an issue. The eyecups were starting to come apart after the season ended so sent em in to Vortex who replaced them. Had them back in less than 2 weeks.
Mule Deer, Hunting Today's Trophies: Pursuing the Gray Ghost. Great read. You can find em used for much cheaper than what amazon shows it for. And while not directly Mule Deer related check out: Tom Browns Field Guide to Nature Observation and Tracking.
Ive never elk hunted before but it has been on my mind as of late. Mostly due to hearing more about it on several podcasts out there. I will say Ive seen an uptick in hunters this year in the local spots. While its not bad to see new hunters I would hope they know the rules and dont go and shoot...
I live near the Mexico border so we have alot of traffic in some of our local spots. There are tons of people who carry out here for that reason alone. Fortunately I have never ran into an issue with illegal immigrants or any other people Ive felt uncomfortable around during my hunts.
Found what I think to be a pretty good deal on these. 13% off, no tax, free shipping and a Vortex Gt Pro tripod thrown in.

No one has a 10.5 wide in stock. Contacted Crispi US and was informed of the long wait....at least until September. Im trying the Zamberlan Guide 960 to see how it fits. If it works out Ill keep em, if not hopefully the Wyoming will be available.
So I narrowed down my choice of boot to the Crispi Wyoming. The problem Im finding is availability. I wear a 10.5 wide and no one has them in stock and I was just told they wont be available for at least 6-8 weeks and Ive already had them on backorder for a month. I wanted to get suggestions...
Mostly a pre-workout supplement that can help with endurance, which is why I was looking at the Enduro. I would also like to use it during days in the field to keep me going and not get bogged down.
Ive been on a low carb diet for a few weeks now. Im looking into either MTN OPS or Wilderness Athlete supplements to help with workouts. Looking for suggestions on what the low carb diet guys around here use for supplements, if you use any at all. The main item Im looking into is the MTN OPS...
