I haven’t tried zooming in to far yet in editing but I feel it will do ok for reasonable ranges with the 5.7k resolution. Still nothing beats a dedicated camera with optical zoom at longer ranges though but then you need a film crew
I have an insta360 one x2. Haven’t used it on a hunt yet but I am planning on taking it turkey hunting with me. I love the views that can be had with one camera and not worrying about missing something
I shot a rabbit at 20yards with a 3800fps 55gr Nosler out of a 243win before. It definitely moved. Bullet never hit the ground behind it. Just disintegrated at blew it to pieces.

I am also working up a load for elk this fall. Currently going to experiment with Nosler 165gr ablr in a new fast twist xbolt. If that doesn’t shoot to my liking I will try barnes 155 Lrx. If I didn’t have the fast twist would definitely look at the lighter 129 Lrx for the penetration and higher...
I have an old buck folding knife that was my grandpas. I love taking a piece of what he loved to do with me out hunting. It was the one thing he truly loved doing.
Do you still have the quick load data for the 165ablr 270 win with RL26. I am looking to load some up for my fast twist browning 270. Looking for some baseline data to start with.
