I think that is only for Zone 3 + a few specific counties in Zone 2, and it's any legal rifle for that zone, so you still have to use a straight wall or shotgun for Zone 3. I think they are mainly doing it to promote doe harvest, as they also recently added a an extended late antlerless firearm...
Generally stick to the rule of not paying for something with a CC if I can't pay it off that same day anyways. If you play the CC points game right, they can be nice to use the points for travel. Recently, my mom got our family of 4 flights back from Hawaii on United for about 30% of the normal...
I've got a 1979 Trans Am that my dad and I built together. Got it as a roller my senior year of high school, pulled an old 455 block out of my grandma's barn to rebuild and stick in there. It's just a mild build for now, but I have very ambitious plans for the future to turn it into an autocross...
Just Michigan, all public unless I can tag along with a buddy for some late rifle doe hunting on his families land. Really trying to hit public archery hard this year though.
I believe the base rifle without scope, but including rings, should be about 7.6lbs.
With the ATACR it'll be about 9.5lbs
And then with the suppressor it would be about 10.1lbs.
I'll report back and confirm once I'm able to actually weigh it. My intent wasn't strictly to go as light as...
I'm sure for most situations it's probably fine, especially for a hunting rifle that doesn't see competition level round counts. I just figured if I'm spending the money on a custom rifle I don't want to take any chances. Please do keep us updated though!
I just got the following build in .280 AI back from my gunsmith
Defiance anTi X LA (don't really agree that titanium is a good material for a rifle action)
22" Proof Sendero
Manners EH1 Swamp w/ full Area419 arca
Triggertech Special Single Stage/Flat
Hawkins M5 Oberndorf bottom metal

17 square miles of solar panels IN THE DESERT to make less power than one of the reactors at the nuclear plant 10 miles down the road from my house.
If they wanted to actually solve some of these problems they'd invest more in nuclear energy. Large scale renewables aren't even viable without batteries that don't exist yet, or some other form of energy storage
I went with Mike Rio from Key West Charters and had a great time. He'll also take you out to just check out some islands and wade in the shallows or go snorkeling if you want. We were mainly after yellowtail snapper and caught plenty
Yeah I believe the drop safe problem has mostly been resolved. The bigger thing now is them blowing up, which I've seen more of recently. Attached pic isn't mine, but I've seen several cases like this posted recently. Definitely not happening to every gun, but a failure like this makes me wary...
Nothing really current with the 365 that I know of, other than general quality control problems. When they first came out they had the problem with broken firing pins and extractors. That's been fixed in later models, but SIG generally has quality problems when releasing a new design, which...
