In our case we were not disappointed. Going in with 3 moose tags was probably a bit silly and we were happy we were able to get one. I’ve eaten plenty of tag soup and a kill doesn’t always define success. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
3 of us hunted with them in 2019 just before Covid kicked off. 3 moose tags and I was the only one that filled a tag. We saw one moose in 9 days. That area is THICK. We heard some other moose that were nearby but never laid eyes on them. If a moose didn't come out along the lake we were on...
I have two pairs of the Cabelas Meindls which are pretty much the same boot as the Vakuum boot they made now. Looks the same. I've worn them extensively for years and love them. I also have some insulated Comfort Fit Hunters that I wear then it's colder or for tree stand hunting down to maybe...
I purchased this used a few years ago and it has been on 3 hunts. Alaska, Wyoming, and Arizona. It is in really nice condition. Seam sealed, stove jack, and two liners. This is the previous iteration of the Seek Outside tipi that was made of thicker material. The current ones are 30D and I think...
I travel all over the country throughout the year, and no I don’t feel the edge. From California, to Texas, to Minnesota, and everywhere in between, nearly all of my interactions with people of all kinds are generally great.
I have a Stihl 251 that generally sits unused. I have all Dewalt 20v tools and their little battery saw is awesome. I take that on hunting trips for cutting firewood. Throw 2-3 batteries under the back seat and go. It does a great job with average cutting and I have no reservations about...
I have one of the Hunter models on sale at Cabelas in 6.5cm. Shoots great with factory ELDX. Sub MOA with the one I have. I'm convincing myself NOT to buy another in a different caliber since I know I don't need it!
I have no idea how to figure it, lol. Never seen one with that and I don’t think the score sheets account for such a thing. I guess it just counts as nothing? Not too worried about the score but I too am curious about that.
Me and the boy each got a nice one. Mine has dual kickers out the back that are really unique. He also had a small “horn” growing out of the middle of his face. First one I’ve seen like that.
Two pairs, mint condition. I’ve been buying these every season for my kids as they grow. They’re awesome boots. These are in excellent shape.
They’re about $70 per pair new.
$30 per pair. $50 for both(saves shipping).
I'll be 2 years on 8/26. As others have said, best decision ever. When drinking, I couldn't see myself without it. Now I can't see myself with it. Even after 2 years I still feel like it's a new experience every day.
I went to a concert on Saturday. Naturally everyone there is pounding...
I've had two knee surgeries and there's a chunk of my femur bone missing in my right knee at age 38. I can still hike on it and go wherever I want, haul an elk, etc.. It hurts a lot of the time but I've just gotten used to it. Once this thing wears out though, and a replacement becomes part...
