    Fierce Firearms Disaster

I'm sure its happened but I haven't had to send in a savage or remington because it wouldn't shoot factory ammo. I have a "high zoot" rifle I can't even close the bolt on with factory ammo. I will take it to a competent smith to fix it. Lesson learned.

    Fierce Firearms Disaster

They put out 2 unicorns. Your 300 wm and a 28 nosler that got dumped for a gun that actually works. 2 out of 4 rifles had serious problems. Every company can make a mistake but that is ridiculous. Then there's the video with a couple stooges hunting.

    Fierce Firearms Disaster

I liked the flinch when he dry fired and the look on his face when he realized the clip fell out. Like WTH piece of crap. Not a very good video to market a rifle. Poor animal.

    Ice fishing, flasher vs sonar?

That's how I ended up with a livescope and humminbird graph. 😂

    Ice fishing, flasher vs sonar?

Main reason I got the 597 is gps and lakemaster chip. Makes coming home in the dark with lake oahe ice heaves and blowing snow a little easier. After using it for a while decided I liked the sonar also and the vexilar was given to the kids.

    Ice fishing, flasher vs sonar?

I have all pieces mentioned. The vexilar flasher I have not used since I bought a humminbird 597 when they came out with the ice package. I still use it for the GPS and sonar. I have a garmin 106 with livescope setup for ice fishing and put it on the boat in that time of year. The 106 is very...

    I HATE my RCBS chargemaster.

I have a CM lite. Its not great by any means. Trx-925 on sale for $300 right now. Not sure if they are worth it but I'm going to try one. Leave charges .2 short and trickle up to wanted charge while waiting for my wonderful CM lite. The trx looks like it is setup for a dispenser when they make...

    Thermal Setup

I like it. Wouldn't hesitate on picking one up. My xp50 is a thermion 1 and viewer is clearer. Can range out to 400 fairly easy. My buddy picked one up after looking through mine and bought the non LRF model and really likes it.

    Thermal Setup

I have the thermion xp50 I got a really good deal on. And xq 38 scanner/lrf. The scanner gets used way more than the scope. I had a hard time judging distance at first until you get used to using thermal. Would like to have an lrf scope when I'm hunting alone. The scanner, rifle and thermal and...

Second rifle to buy after .300wsm

I'm not a creedmoor fan at all. But I admit its a good round for kids. I have killed more deer with a 22-250 than any other caliber.

A better way to measure powder?

I have the chargemaster lite. Its ok. Could be a lot better. Don't care for the touch screen and its kinda slow.

What’s you’re draw weight vs Age

41/60 Only treestand hunt bundled up and cold. I like the lighter weight for awkward positioned shots. And 35 yard max shots. If I didn't have a sissy shoulder I would still shoot 70.

    Reloading Setup

To get started and save money on those calibers is going to take a long time to save money most likely. I bought the rockchucker supreme kit when I started 20 years ago. Basically all I use from that kit still is the press and loading block. I started because I had a new super magnum that was...
