    Euro mount costs.

I pay $160 and mounted on a piece of drift wood or barn wood plaque... this year's buck (as pic'd in the whitetail harvest thread) - wisconsin if that matters

Two party system: a necessary evil?

Plan for spring/summer babies next time, not prime-time babies!! ;) JK, but in all reality, my wife and I were married on the opener of bow-hunting here in Wisconsin 10yrs ago - we had an agreement that that would be the only time I would have to "miss" the opener, and as a plus, I now have a...

Calling all Badgers!!! Good places to eat in Madison by UW campus?

Depends what your flavor is. Heritage Tavern or Graze (already mentioned, owned by Chef Tory Miller - he has 4 or 5 restaurants in the downtown area that are all pretty good - think he beat Bobby Flay in an "Iron Chef Showdown some years back) for that farm-to-table fair... Tempest for...

    Phone GPS vs Watch GPS

I would say for general GPS, not much difference, but using apps like OnX make my phone much more valuable for that purpose. For tagging general areas (i.e. treestands or fishing hot spots as you mentioned) either in my opinion would work - for venturing outside known areas, hunting new spots...

    MTNTough on sale …worth it?

I would agree that it is worth it - though I definitely need to utilize it more... took an extended break from CO last season since I knew I was not making it out west this year and paying for it now... nothing like starting over again! We utilized the 45% off last year and ended up paying full...

    Suppressor wait times

Got my last of 4 approved over the weekend. Went from none to 4 in less than a year. All in a 2-person trust. Now just need to get a few more in jail... :ROFLMAO: Order they were purchased/submitted, wait time, and approval order. 1. Sycthe-Ti (237 days) - First Approved (batch) 2. Sparrow...

    Silencerco Scythe TI review

I'm far from a suppressor expert, but finally got to get some rounds downrange with the Scythe-Ti. All I can say is if you're on the edge, do it. Was surprised how quiet it was on my 6.5cm, 7mm mag still had a little bark, but far from the normal ear-splitting "oops I forgot my ear pro" shot...

Equipment sales - buying a new tractor

I will probably get a lot of flack for this, but getting something relatively new in the green or orange tractors was just out of my price range. We just purchased a 52ac farm(ette), so don't have a lot of expendable cashflow at this moment and the CFO DEFINITELY wasn't financing anything else...
