I think they were saying that my suggestion of irrigating a wound should be left to professionals. They’re not wrong but even just pouring some betadine into/onto a wound would be hugely beneficial and you can’t really mess that up.

Came face to face with a cub, coming around a switchback on a super steep trail. It scampered away and I never saw mama. Scared the crap out of me though. Had no bear spray or gun because this was 3 miles from town on a well trafficked trail, last time I’ll make that mistake.

Urologist here. Go to a urologist who’s been out of residency for 5+ years and you’ll be fine. It’s not a hard procedure once you’ve done a few thousand. All of the complications I’ve ever heard of were when someone had it done by a GP.
