    Sitka Ambient jacket / Aero lite jacket layering

    I use both and have combined them on hunts. The new aero lite is not as warm as the old Kelvin lite hoody, unfortunately. The ambient/aerolite is a good combo for a little more warmth. Wish sitka would go back to the Kelvin lite

    Kodiak Goat hunt - in 4 weeks

    I always recommend synthetic sleeping bag and synthetic insulation on Kodiak. Most nights you go to the tent wet and crawl into your bag wet. I know there are many new waterproof down insulation options today, but the guides up there will warn you to stick to synthetic. Sounds like you're doing...
