I have been looking into fencing feeders. We have a few traps set up and have trapped 15 so far. I have been leaning more towards feeders, but I just cant hunt over them.
We built a soybean food plot a few years ago as trial and error on our property and we want to build another food plot. The issue is that we now have feral hogs and aren't sure if we can plant anything. I have seen people grow clover and they don't touch it and I've even heard of people growing...
A buddy and I have been interested in doing a DIY Alaska Caribou hunt. It is a little overwhelming since it is so far from where I live and the logistics behind it. Has anyone every done this? I am curious how logistics work with that trip.

I shoot a win 300 win mag and it is near impossible to find ammo near me unless I buy it online. In stores I see a ton of 300 prc, but never any win mag or RUM.

I know this is an old thread but I was looking at doing this next year in the last week of March (that’s the only time I’ll have as it’s my spring break since I’ll be a senior in college). I’ve never done a western hunt yet as I hunt whitetails in Missouri. How doable would this be as a first...
I am very new to the forum and have been hunting out west for three years now. I am a college student planning on driving up after this semester ends. I'm looking at several different units but I keep looking at 18 because of the steep nasty country. This will be my first-ever bear hunt and I am...
