    In my experience with the 30-06, H4350, H4831SC, Staball 6.5, and Varget have been the best consistent powders from 150-200 gr bullets. That Staball 6.5 is an impressive powder if you can get your hands on it.

    I understand what you’re saying. I absolutely love my 6 Creedmoors. I just want to push the 100+ gr. projectiles fast and I want to try an AI. I also want to see how it compares to my 6 PRC. It’s just a personal experience thing for me!

    The 240 Wby. sounds awesome, but the limited availability of brass is the biggest short coming in my honest opinion. That cartridge sounds pretty cool!

    I know the 6 Creedmoor does pretty good, but the velocities out of a 16-20” barrel isn’t optimal with 100-115 gr. projectiles for long range shots. I’m shooting for 3200-3300 FPS with that weight of projectiles out of a 16.5” barrel.
