For a starter press, a used RCBS or Lee Classic Cast press is hard to beat. I started with the Classic Cast and eventually bought a Forster Co-Ax. While I prefer the Forster, I still occasionally use the Lee.

I have 3 Accupoints and 1 Credo. All have 4 have been stellar - reliable, lightweight, great glass. The Credo is on my 15yo son's rifle and one of the Accupoints is on my AR15 that I use for hogs. Both of these guns go through hell and the Trijicons have yet to flinch.
I'm not Tahoe, but I have a Stocky's VG on a Tikka and one on a Howa. I really like them, light weight, fits me well. Finish is not quite as good as a Manners, but not as pricey either.
My favorite:

They run them on sale a few times a year and are also available in a double gun model.

I ordered one for a Howa and it was backordered. Took about 6 weeks to come in. And, to be clear, the stock for the Tikka is a VG, not a VG2. My title is wrong.
