Agreed. I worry that I normally like a little more power on the top end. Might try it and put a couple hungered rounds through it at longer range and see how I feel about it then. Or maybe just suck it up and carry the 9oz extra which isn’t much. -

6mm /.243 hunting success on Big Game
I used 140 btsp interlocks in a 270 for years when I first started hunting. No plastic tips existed back then. When I look back it was one of the fastest killing bullets I ever used. Seemed perfect for that cartridge. I was hopefull the 100’s in the 243 would be similar. -

Thanks for the post. I've been curious how these work because you can buy the factory ammo relatively cheap. Currently loading 95gr BT's which I know work well but looking for a 243 factory ammo option that works in a 1:10 twist and also performs well. It's tough to keep up to all the reloading... -

KRG Echo - Sporterish version of bravo for tikkas
Same thread as the screws for the recoil pad. I used one of those on mine. -

Unfortunately can’t get a suppressor up here in Canada so I don’t love barrels shorter than 22” and dislike muzzle brakes even more. I just went through the paces of deciding on adding a 6.5 prc and instead bought another 6.5 Creedmoor. I just can’t see enough in the PRC for what I do here in... -

Well that’s always an option. At the end of it I liked that ammo was simple, recoil is less and I will know the ballistics of these rifles by memory if needed. Easy to stock up on ammo and reloading components like this. -

My current superlite is already 24”. Can’t get a suppressor up here so no reason to chop it. I get 2745 average with my 147 loads. Gets me out past 800 yards at these elevations. I can’t say for sure that I could shoot the PRC as well as I do the Creedmoor but I believe it would be close. I... -

Lot's keep talking about the 130 TMK. Is it that much better than the 143 eldx or 147 eldm which I am currently using?
