Finally someone came out with a tipi that can hold up in the wind, I had a sawtooth but it has to much wasted space compared to the cimarron. The peax looks like it might be the best of both worlds.
I have a kifaru sawtooth with bug net, poles, and stakes. The stakes are not original but seem to work the same. No holes or rips, the tent is seam Sealed and in great shape. Willing to sell for $700 tyd, or trade for a Peax solitude.
Alps mountaineering tasmanian 2 is a great 4 season tent for around $250, but it is heavy. Worked great for me, if you only go out for a few days to cut down on food weight.
