    My current raingear solution is Army surplus Goretex in ACU. Along these lines: ACU GEN III Digital Camouflage Gore Tex mens nylon wet weather jacket L Stays stuffed in the backpack almost always, generously cut hood, keeps the rain off. Not much of a fashion statement.

    It's been proven possible. Seems a ridiculous plan for a high powered gun dog. And since I personally don't like to hold it for 10 hours, we choose a different path: a doggie door and a fence can be put up in two afternoons.
