    It seems like something else is causing a spike. Did you shoot any of the 250s on the same day as the 215s? Ive never seen anything near that velocity jump from a primer switch. How many rounds were shot with the 250s to get your averages?

    How different would the weight of a 24 with a suppressor be from a 27 with a brake? You lose the weight of the brake and the weight of 3 inches of barrel. Probably within a few oz either way.

    Custom rifle tough to feed from internal magazine

    Does it feed if you forcefully close the bolt? Instead of trying to go slow just push it forward and close it? There really isnt that much adjustment that can be made to stagger feed mags. Moving the spring forward or back like wrench said could make a difference.

    3 down can be made to work with either inlet of hawkins bottom metal. Both centerfeed and staggerfeed. OP is your mag box center feed or stagger feed?
