Haha. I've actually done it at least 50 times and never had a problem. But I am in the basement, which is my trophy room, archery range, and archery lab :)
The Sevr 1.5, 125 gr head held up so well in my previous tests, that I thought I'd test it in a way I usually only reserve for the toughest fixed blade heads--by shooting it into a cinder block. Can this mechanical head really hold up to that?
Yep. On average, I’ve noticed that a wider cut tends to stretch even wider once an animal moves around, as the tissue stretches. But a smaller diameter cut tends to close up more readily and get plugged by tissue more easily.

Good observations. I felt similarly. I gave the "cut" equal for that reason. Personally, I prefer a larger cut to more tissue being cut, but each has their advantage. When Bill finishes his larger cut Iron Will, it will fit all the needs.
Re the penetration advantage, with the IW cutting more...
I was finally able to do some head to head testing of these two amazing Broadheads.
Check out the short vid of the test. Hope it’s helpful.

Since using the new Go Pro I don’t need to set up a big camera on a tripod so I can run and gun a lot more easily and still film. It way more fun. I moved 3 times that morning, before 9 am.

It was a GoPro Hero 7 Black, mounted to my TAP stabilizer. It does an amazing job at stabilizing. I’ve used so so many bow mounted cameras but this is the only one that allows you to see the arrow impact. It also has a nice zoom but it happened so fast I didn’t use it. I wish I had.

I had the absolute best morning of hunting hogs ever. I was in the midst of a super big and super mean and super loud sounder. I drilled 5 in under an hour. Check it out.
Yeah, my buddy's first shot was not so great, but the next two I put on it were lethal. We could have let the hog just expire and followed him later, but knowing it was so well hit, we just went after him. But I was pretty surprised to see him still standing after all three of those arrows. They...
There are certainly lots of good choices. Ive used a lot of different sights—including many five pin sights.
My favorite by far is Black Gold. Super bright pins, but that photochromatic cover to prevent sunburst. Pins are blades so they’re tough as nails. Great sight light. Great warranty and...
