    Bino harness with an admin pouch vibe?

    I used FHF exclusively for the last 5 seasons. Now trying out HPG, so far, I like the layout of the Recon Full bag with bino pouch front mounted. Sticks out a little further than I like but it's a compromise since I wanted to carry pistol discreetly.

    I sorta went thru the same scenario myself. Ended up going with Hill People Gear Recon Kit Bag full with their bino pouch too. Full sized Glock with room to spare. Whatever retention method you pick, practice draw and rounds on target under stress.

    Slow start to CA general season A-zone?

    I was out toward MNF on opening day. Sounded like firecrackers going off everywhere. Went out on a glassing point early AM and watched 2 groups of hunters shoot up a hill side at a forky. 11 shots total before the forky hit the ground. I left that afternoon.
