    I have fallen asleep on top of my bag in merino long johns and crawled into my bag after a few hours in temps mid to low forties. I sleep cold though and like to be warm.

    I didn’t grow up hunting but I spent lots of time in Los Padre NF. I saw the warning signs at trail heads but never worried to much about illiegal grows until I moved up to NorCal. If you see out of place irrigation equipment etc leave the area.
