    I’m out hiking with a cougar tag, I “locate” a shed or a deadhead. How are they going to prosecute someone for that? Seems like it’d get thrown out pretty quick. It’s not illegal to hunt or hike.

    Considering it’s highlighted I’m pretty sure it was read. Do you not have a problem with the wording “locating” = “gathering”? And also just simply stating that now it’s illegal to report deadheads according to the closure.

    Waiting isn’t my main issue. My main issue is I disagree with the wording that “gathering”=“locating” and also I am pointing out that marking the gps location to report a deadhead is illegal now at least under the definition of “gathering” in the closure amendment.
