    Sitting all day is a commitment. I used to do it 2 decades ago, but I don't think I could do it today. Even elk hunting (which I primarily do now), I only go for 2-3 hours in the mornings/evenings. If I chose to sit all day today, I would take naps and be on my phone.

    No I don't, but I bring them multiple animals each season and refer all of the people I help harvest animals to them. We are on a texting basis now and always lets me and my colleagues drop animals off even when they are "full". Typing that out it made me think, "Maybe I should tip."

    I'd say just dive in. Archery elk is by far the most fun of those you listed. Shoot a couple of grouse along the way.
