I am 6' and use an inexpensive Eureka Suma 2. I have plenty of room. Fairly lightweight, and 1 vestibule. It has been working for fir the past 5 years or so.
I think uninsulated boots are more versatile. Use them with good liners / socks and you will stay warm. If sitting on a stand or in a blind, boot blankets work.
I had it...did a lot of stretching and exercises. I Still do them. It took several months for me to get over it. I never want it again and have made it a habit to constantly stretch during the day on stairs, etc. As you get older your arches collapse and you become more prone to it...
