I'm curious why it's too big when you've got a panel loader with horizontal compression.
It's got the same opening as the 357 mag and new 22 mag. Maybe it's bigger than anything you'd carry? My personal most frequently used pack is a G2 Marauder, and it cinches down to nothing, easily...
Recommendation: find a shoe repair place or gear repair place to modify a right handed one. Or, DIY. Speedy Stitcher might do the work, I'm out of town, so unable to lay hands on mine now.

Bump for a sharp rig with upgrades I'd like to do to mine this summer. (bigger rear sprocket, chain, drive gear, tires, already re-did carb, tires probably need replacing before long too...)

I took a Wilderness First Aid course through BSA a few years ago. I think it was a 2-day course. Council camps seem to offer several every summer, I'd bet councils offer them too...
Another bit of info BSA has is the "10 essentials", which if done right, can easily be a pouch that stays loaded...
Measuring a medium Duplex belt (old style, OD, with 2 delta straps on each side) laid flat, from tip to tip, it measures 32.5" (82.55cm).
You very clearly have 3 sections: left wing, right wing, and the center section that interfaces with the frame. I come up with 9.5" (24.1cm) for the center...
I've run a 22 mag a fair bit, and for day hunting or even 1-2 days out it's plenty big.
I hunt Missouri every year, we don't have to pack deer out, but I have shot camp meat does a few times, and field dressed only and packed those. 22", honestly, wouldn't be a bad match for that.
Nosey...
What are you using it for and what will you carry?
I'm 5'10" and have a few old Kifaru packs (MollEx (21"), Marauder (18"), Late Season (22"), and a 24" Duplex.

This.
I'd also seriously consider resupply. Standing up a 100#+ pack for that many days/miles, no matter how superhero you are, has risks of injury. I move twice as fast with a 60-70# pack as I can with 110#. Even getting 110# on, is risky for me. I'm 53, and past experience power lifting...
I'm pretty cool with Liberty and Justice for All. When Marxism or Fascism are normalized and flourish is when our country suffers.
My Colorado hunting license allows me to hunt coyotes. I'm done buying elk tags...
Merging parks and wildlife was step 1 in f%$king hunters, ranchers, and...
We're in our 2nd year, with 2 hives, (started out with Russians, but with all of the swarming, who knows) both have been bringing in pollen for a few weeks (Littleton, CO) and plan on first inspections the next warm day to pull the candy boards off, and add honey supers with feeders and pollen...
There have been wolves in Colorado from Wyoming, as well as from New Mexico for years.... The ones in NW Colorado follow elk, and probably flourished during the winter kills last winter. The ones in SW Colorado have been worse the past few years. Lions are thick there (and elsewhere) too.

We have a cabin in North Central Missouri. Mud daubers built a nest in our chimney, which we figured out the spring after this video. In it are 2 Combat Action Ribbon recipients, and it was Marine Corps Birthday, and deer season...

I'd look at the MR Marshall too....
I traded a Kifaru Spike Camp for mine and couldn't be happier.
It's got design elements from the old Dana Designs Terraplane, the NICE frame 6500, but currently on the Guidelight MT frame. (So way lighter) I rarely will fill it up, but it secures loads well...
