Gutless is definitely the way to go. I'm over in the eastern panhandle or WV and am going to try and get out to the Mon during rifle. Lmk if you need help packing one out!

Sold!
Up for sale I'd a Spot Hogg Saturday Night Special thumb button release. The previous owner was attempting to polish it and give it the striped look. Functions perfectly.
$65 tyd. Would consider trades.

The 25th/26th works for me! Only been in Inwood for about a year and a half, but definitely would be cool to meet other guys

Definitely shoot whatever is legal first. But in an ideal world, that would be a smaller buck. A monster buck is nice, but can't always be expected each year following. A doe also tastes great, but there is just something special about antler

I personally like CVA muzzleloaders I would avoid the wolf though). TC and Knife also make great guns.
Is there a budget you are thinking about?

The biggest benefit I've seen is that 45 has more velocity generally and is more accurate at distance. Only shooting 150 yards, the differences aren't that great in my opinion

The accura is a great rifle.
You should also take a look at the paramount. Can be found for under $1000 and very accurate

I personally am a big fan of CVA muzzleloaders . I have experience with the optima and think it is a very solid rifle that won't break the bank.
