My best friend showed cows growing up. That was a good excuse for me to camp with them at the fair all week and chase all the county's farmers daughters.
Never showed anything but my 17 year old brain thought it would be a good idea to enter into the diesel pulls with my P.OS. 1996 cummins...
Same here. I have an 05 cummins and loving nothing more then pulling on cocky kids in camaros and mustangs. I'm not putting as much power to the wheels as you are but I'm hovering right around 500.
I work for one of the biggest civil construction companies in the country and we need good engineers like a fish needs water. My advice is do an internship. Our company hires 95% of the interns after graduation no matter how bad they are.
I have a buddy that builds moto race engines for one of the big factory MX teams. They do durability testing on everything imaginable, oil included. He said that Shell Rotella blows everything out of the water as far as longevity and engine wear. They are a Maxima team and he says they dump all...
I tune in for a while every night on Peacock. I can pick and choose whatever I want to watch. The surf tournament was pretty good in the early rounds when the swell was up and I've watched all the shooting sports. I tune into the prime time coverage when nothing is on but usually get annoyed...
I'm a union Carpenter. I run a heavy vertical concrete crew. I do mostly highway bridges and high-rise buildings and some underground work here and there. So unless anyone wants a bridge or a bomb shelter built I can't help much 🤣.
4 years of college and I still decided to get my hands dirty...
I wear Danner work boots every day at work (I get a pretty good discount with my union card). I got a few of their hunting boots and haven't been very impressed. I got a pair of Vitals that were OK and wore them for a few seasons. Got a pair of Recurves and absolutely hated them. I wore them...
I've owned two and for a fixed sight I really like them. I ignored the retna lock on them honestly but they were pretty well made, durable, and the pins seemed pretty crisp. I since changed to a spothog slider but I have one of my old IQ 5 pins on my wife's bow and she's equally as happy with it.
I've done it before where I just got my saw strapped up to a kuiu frame pack with some paracord to keep it tight. I stuffed my fuel can, files, and wedges inside my pack. Just make sure you have a good bar scabbard and be careful if you have felling dogs on your saw because they tore my bag up...
We got my wife a 2023 Traverse Redline about two years ago. She loves it and it's a pretty sharp looking ride inside and out. She's got 30k on it with no issues yet 🤞
