Just gave them a call. It looks like it wont work for me because of my max coupler. I need a plain tongue with a 1" diamter hole through it to bolt the coupler to. Here is a photo of it. Not many people make a plain tongue that adjusts 9".
What do you all think of these hitches? They adjust in 2.5" increments, whereas other adjustables use one inch increments (I think). Do you think 2.5" adjustments are adequate for leveling the trailer out? I'm struggling to find an adjustable one that has a 1" diameter hole to attach a max...
Was yours a Chevy as well? The guy at the shop said this is the most common repair they do on Chevy trucks.
A friend in a different state told me that he only remembers replacing one in all his years of owning a garage🤷
Finally got the truck up and running. I broke down and took it somewhere - it was a good move, as I don't think I would have figured it out on my own without some serious legwork.
Turns out the the Body Control Module was bad. Never heard of it. A real mechanic was able to figure it out in...
What did you decide on with this? If you read my above posts, it sounds like were in the same situation - our water tastes fine, showers are great, and our only concern is mineral buildup on appliances and granite.
The NaturalSof water conditioner is interesting to me. Seems to be maintenance free. The only issue I'm having with my water is crazy mineral buildup on faucets and granite counter tops. I'm sure my appliances don't like it either. Culligan says my water is a level 10 hardness. We drink the...
It's odd that we get great soap suds. We are just getting a scale buildup on plumbing fixtures, etc. Culligan said that our water is a 10 on the hardness scale and has zero iron. The toilet staining could be from the hardness somehow??
Showering at my wife's house before we were married was...
How could it not change the gun's harmonics? You're significantly changing the mass of the object vibrating. If you have two metal bars of the same size, one made from steel and one made from aluminum, they will vibrate at different resonant frequencies.
Tuning a rifle is simply playing with...
I thought about doing that, but I've seen that change the guns harmonics significantly in the past. I had a 300 win barrel that was defective. I shot all kinds of loads through it and couldn't get good results, so I was checking everything I could to try to fix it. My scope weighs about 24...
Installing a law folder on my AR.
Looking for a cheap AR castle nut wrench. Lots of them show up on amazon, but I'm not sure which will work. Recommendations?
My castle nut is staked. Is it a good idea to replace the metal piece that is deformed into the nut? What is the metal piece called...
I have an AR with a red dot on it. I'm trying to do some sort of load development for it, but it's much different than bolt guns. I can hardly tell where I'm aiming at 50 yards, trying to shoot groups with it. I guess if a red dot is my sighting system, I can't be too worried about precision...
