Better talk to Calan. It’s a great hunt. He has a strong opinion on gun power. Be ready to see hundreds of sheep and be patient and you’ll shoot a big one. Also practice for some long shots. Take the best binos you got. And be ready for some outstanding food! -

I agree fully with Kurt. Sdgfp would sell 300 tags for the last 30 deer. I ranch along the river and our deer number plain suck. Our numbers have been declining for the last 5-7 years. -

Bergara premier mglite loads
Mine ended up shooting H1000 and a 190 vld. It wouldn’t shoot the 185 or the 210 vlds. I also got a good group with ramshot magnum and the 190 vld. -

Ar-10 in .243. It has replaced my rem 700 in 220 swift. Just so much faster for follow up shots and for doubles that come in.- sdcowboy

What sold me was the folding stock. I wanted the pack ability. I’ve heard rumors if you get one that shoots it will stack them in but I’ve heard of more that don’t. -
