    I’ve killed two cow elk spot and stalk hunting. Never killed anything with horns but almost had to defend myself against an irate moo bull. I don’t charge moo bulls anymore

    Welcome. I’m in Prescott. I think what you’re referring to with max points is the people who applied for a hunt and have the most points, another way to look at max points is the people who have been applying since the draw system started so they have max points
