I am not a stationary guy. I am sure someone who is will chime in. But you basically have ladder stands or hang ons. Most serious guys prefer hang ons and stick ladders. There is a plethora of choices. Millennium and Muddy come to mind.
That Kubota looks legit.
My family had a landscaping company for a few decades. Mostly residential but small commercial properties as well. The exmarks/toro were preferred. For companies doing larger acreage, the scags and Dixie choppers seem to be the weapons of choice.
We had one John...
One of my sons is left handed and one is right handed, left eye dominant. Took me a while to figure out why he seemed to struggle with target acquisition.
I am assuming you shoot long guns right handed?
GWP. 9mos. First working/hunting dog.
I take him on 1-3 bike rides a day ranging from 1-3 miles each. He gets a few minutes of supervised ‘play’ with our other dog (non-hunting rescue) once or twice a day until they are winded.
I realized early on I was trying to over train. Too long of...
I don’t think his problem is with the 90/10. I think it is with the fact that of the 10%, there seems to be a growing number being dedicated to those using outfitters. I think his problem is this, that the overall trend is headed in the wrong direction and the apathy that many have about people...
Go with a reputable seller who will stand behind a warranty.
I did a ton of research and ended up going with an m2s r750, I spent a bit more money to get the biggest battery they sell and it was worth every penny, I believe it is rated for 80 miles and it seems pretty accurate (on flat ground)...

But for a few species and circumstances it can be extremely important and the ASAT 3D leafy jacket has been magic for those clutch scenarios for me personally.
The arctic shield’s did not seem to work at all with my rubber boots. Plus they are bulky and loud.
For rubber boots the best thing I have found is a light-med merino sock (and merino liner) in a boot that is .5-1 size oversized for your foot. Once at the stand, the boots slide off easy and I...
If you convince her to buy a pack she doesn’t want, she will find a reason to hate it and it will be your fault.
Come on, how long have you been married??😂
Definitely echo what has been said above.
I will add. Pigs are pretty nomadic. Unless you have a clue as to where they are or like to be, you may need to put on some serious boot miles.
Lots of ways to hunt them. I shoot a lot of them incidentally while deer hunting but while I am going...
Be careful.
First it’s the desire to shoot a few of those goofy little birds you see running around.
Next it’s a truck bed full of dog boxes with pointers and flushers.
I am guessing that you have never lost a loved one to a careless driver? I hope you never do, but it will likely change your opinion if you do.
I live adjacent to and drive on the deadliest highway in the country everyday for work. I have probably seen more fatal accidents in a single month...
