    This or 85/15 and the elimination of Landowner tags, Outfitter preference tags too. Go back to the days that a hunter draws the tag and then hunter decides if an outfitter/guide is needed. Add that private landowners can sell access passes (tax free) to successful draw hunters.

    guess it all comes down to TRUST... I don't trust any software, apps, draw programming by any Western State. Its delays, complications such as this that add to that doubt of trust. I just keep rolling that expensive dice and hoping to get lucky...or hire a hacker!

    Hunt now. It's the weak, very old & very young-fawn deer most affected by winter kill. It seems that somehow the prime 6-8yo bucks make it through. Large winter kill of fawns will impact the deer populations next 2-3 years. And 5 years from now you will wonder "where are all the big bucks?".
