I picked up a straight clamp and now glueing up trad vanes like a champ. I also found that the aft adjustment screw pocket is stripped out and now i just smoke that that down.

In my opinion, paper is "macro tuning" and bareshaft/fletched groups at distance are "micro tuning". If your fletched and bare are touching at 40 consistently, I wouldn't care one way or the other what paper is showing.
Mine has been bombproof for wind/rain. Never been in snow with it. As stated before, condensation is a thing with this and all plastic tents. Your ventilation needs to be closely watched -as with all other plastic tents available in the universe.

Yes, I've been adjusting the dials. I'm starting to wonder if it might be my adhesive. I'm using gorilla glue gel. It has a relatively very gooey viscosity when wet and seems to thin out when it dries. Im guessing the change in thickness during drying cycle might be causing clearance/contact...
Im trying to put 3” trad vanes on with a right helical Bitz clamp. I ground down the nose of the clamp for clearance but still seems impossible to get all surfaces of the trad vane to contact the shaft simultaneously. An edge somewhere is always not touching. Im thinking the helical of the clamp...
