You're right, we went pretty hard into the paint on advertising this. The last 4 months have been a grind getting the sew floor set up and we're pretty stoked to be back up and making product in house. Building a factory from scratch, staffing and releasing a product takes a hell of a lot of...
Alright yous crazy kids, let me get this on record so you can see where we are coming from. In November of last year, we decided to turn a empty 120' x 60' pole-barn style warehouse in our back lot into the new sewing floor. Since then we have all be balls to the wall installing new electrical...
Thanks Sharps, I appreciate that. I use a combination of AutoCAD, coffee and metal music to make all our gear. One thing I learned quickly is to use the colors to keep seams separate and help differentiate which pieces go together. You can see below how some seams are the same colors on...
Good job @4090Sharps, looks great. I got no problem with people trying my designs or tearing things apart. I know what a kick it is to head into the woods with stuff you've made on your back and the journey it is to get there. If you guys have any questions on patterns or techniques, feel free...
Movadius- it's easier to keep a larger load against your back with a traditional bag. Once you start adding pockets and lids to a Stryker or Hellbender and then a camp bag in the sling, you can start "ninja turtling" and the bag starts to cantilever behind you. It is possible to properly pack...
Sometimes sales dictate what we cut from the line up. The lumbar packs look like they did really well off of that last drop but we also had them sitting on shelves for years before that. I'm always working on something guys, the lumbar packs haven't been forgotten. The move put a kink in the...
Most of the bags are made with 26" frames in mind if that sways your thinking. Also, what CB said. If you are going to use it as a load hauler; the Strykers, Hellbender or Straight Jacket will get you the other two load lifter tabs and the load sling to help control the contents.
Bag 1 is a High Camp 7000 in Mandrake. Bag 2 is EMR2. Pockets are Dock n' Lock Side pockets and the Frame is a Gen2 Duplex. The Bags probably ran around $300 new and the frame the same. Pockets will probably get you $50 for the pair. I would usually use the Waybackmachine.com for old pricing...
Pyro nailed it, there are tabs on the front of the Hellbender and Stryker's to attach the split tail female buckles to for day pack mode. The tracks on the bottom are for adjusting a Sherman in our out but also help tighten up on the bottom.
The Minikeg was was never meant to use the EDC belt, more of a smaller system for shorter people using our Duplex SS and WB. The 357mag is EDC belt compatible because it was aimed at Military use and they usually don't need the bigger Duplex belt. I know everything in my last post sounded like...
Negative Worx, not without modification. You will need a patch of hook velcro sewn to the inside back of the lumbar pad for the velcro on the belt to hook up to. All the buckles should line up for the stabilizer straps and you will need to use a pair of K clip straps as the shoulder strap lowers.
Hill,
A couple things to think about if our framed packs are too heavy, the Kutthroat and Minikeg packs were made specifically for backcountry fishing at high alpine lakes. They use our duplex shoulder straps and waist belt but ditch the frame and are made with Xpac and 500d cordura. I've...
It was a great pack but it just didn't sell enough to keep it around (and we did sell it for more than a decade). Always working on something Jake. Right now it's all hands on deck getting orders out but soon enough new stuff will be coming out. It's going to be a while before you see any...
That limited run of scouts and tail gunners was the last we will do of those packs gents. We said one more and it turned into three more and some of us still twitch when we think about it.
You might find something at Greyman Tactical. I liked what these guys were doing but wanted to add in retention using our chamber attachment points.

I usually recommend that people stop by their local firehouse and ask the guys who repairs their bunker gear. Chances are they know someone locally with industrial machines. Outside of that you can grab a speedy stitcher or some upholsterer needles with some heavy duty thread and do it...
You got some gems there man. First pic is a Gen 1 Molle Express in 1000d Black with two Mini long pockets on the sides and a G1 2qt pocket on front. The top loader is a 1000d Foliage ZXR (Zulu Extreme Ruck, bigger than the Zulu) with an XTL lid and two Side zip Dock and Lock Long Pockets in...
