    Caribou rug/blanket

    Hi All. Does anyone have experience as to whether a caribou hide can make a high quality rug or throw blanket? I'm familiar with whitetail and mule deer hides and feel they make poor "hair-on" rugs, and are best used for buckskin. I didn't know if Caribou (even though they also have hollow-hair)...

    Good for you man! I'm 15 down over the last month and a half. ~10 more lbs to go. However, cutting out the booze is a no-go for me :cool: Haha! However,switching off of beer/wine has helped a ton. Cleaning up the diet is the A NUMBER ONE factor. Being stuck @ home has led to lots of wild game...

    KUIU Strapping

    Man, this is stitching awl move is genius! Thanks for sharing this! I just upgraded to the Kuiu Pro Bino harness and absolutely love it...but was bummed at the lack of loops/bottom webbing for attachments. I will grab an awl of my own and follow suit.

    Cooper Model 92 (52) Backcountry Magazine Issue

    Really appreciate all the info, guys! Of the rifles I was considering in this price range, Cooper was just removed from my list. Pretty sad knowing that basically any out of box, basic factory rifle would perform better than a Cooper these days. Again, I really appreciate the honest feedback.
