For something thin skinned like an antelope would stick with a psp no need for a controlled expansion bullet, mite even be tempted to go with a Hornady sst, ballistic tip,or other rapid expansion bullet.
There's also those cheap 12 volt compressors from slime,or harbor freight...or there's also a company that does the co2 called power tank. Comes all set up to fill tires or run air tools.

Any quality name brand load range E tire should serve you well, I've had good luck with dick cepek,(got132,000 miles) from last set on my jeep jku and replaced them with Mickey Thompson degan 38 ats and they ride great and are darn near silent.
