I picked up a pair and would agree with the great quality for the price. I’ve tested many binos over the years and I would say they hang quite well with anything under $600. Light weight, great eyecups, little CA and very clear center resolution.
I love crispi summits for longer hikes in rolling terrain. I find they are more comfortable when you replace the stock insoles with oboz insoles (much more comfortable then superfeet). They are the closest waterproof boot to a pair of Salomon’s. Other good option is zamberlan Salathe for what...
How many miles are you doing per year? Are training on concrete?
My Colorado’s are three years old with over 300 miles on them and they are still fantastic. And by the way, still pass a 30 minute submerge test

What model Crispi did you wear? I’ve been wearing Colorados for 3 seasons no leaks. I submerge test them prior to each season. Also Han Wag Alverstones have been bomb proof and waterproof. Make sure you order a 1/2 size over your normal boot for the Alverstones.
Maybe consider bringing these...
Thanks Uplandmt.
I think the Rokslide community will eventually catch on how remarkable the sfl line of binos are. They beat SLC’s in every way; lighter, brighter, and the best focusing wheel on the market today.

QAD Exodus tuned great with field points for me out to 75 yards. Gave up on Magnus years ago because the blade is too soft and would roll at the tip on impact and restrict penetration. Also had weak blood trails. Hard to beat the blood trail of a 3 blade.

I thought the same and dropped my liner to save weight. Woke up to field mice running through my tent and chewing on my pack all night…liner comes with me 100% now!!!

The adrenaline rush and the feeling of teetering on the edge of loosing your “crap” is why we all love hunting with bows! Your experiences and emotions are normal.
You clearly love hunting and have a passion for antlered deer. Others on here have given lots of good advice that will help you...
I own both and they are very different. The Makra light is like a low-cut Alverstone like boot. You get a similar footbed and crazy good grip with the added range of motion being a shorter boot. I like these for trail hikes and weighted pack training. They don’t have the ankle support of the...
