Interested in the unknown name ls hoody. If you had to guess what would the wool weight be (not sure that term is correct but would you call it a heavy hooded shirt or is it heavy heavy like a sweater?)

My son will be 3 right about the last week of season, would he be too young to potentially see a buck harvested? We watch hunting shows and he always says “they’re going to cut him in half” when they show the hunter with the animal. It would be limited to road hunting either walking or driving...
With an April birthday I have no real hope of a California buck on my birthday but, if my son takes to hunting I think we can make on October buck happen. And nice bucks (twins?)

It was what I could put my hands on fast one day when I found a min to go on my first weighted pack hike and it worked so well I haven’t felt the need to change it.
Very unique. Bucks like this make me wish I could see last years rack. I don’t claim to be an expert but I’d guess there was some kind of incident during antler growth, big knob on right side and looks like left side has weird thickness variation in about the same spot...
Never hunted early season but did the G1 hunt I think in 2004. It was a zoo of hunters but it seemed like the bucks were being taken from a lower elevation area back in and below one of the camping areas. And it was the most rain I can remember while hunting
