I have the MEAT Pro external. I think it’s good for what it is. It has some quirks you need to learn and there’s a rhythm/pace. I’m happy with the purchase but have realistic expectations of an external sealer. I haven’t used LEM so take my opinion with a grain of salt. MEAT also has sales...
I would assume you’re driving into a snowy hell. Prepare for the worst hopefully don’t need any of it. Studded tires, vbar chains, recovery boards, shovelS, winch, come along, sand, chains/cables/straps, extra gas, spares for the vehicle AND the trailer, flares, sleeping bag, winter clothes...

Just a heads up but that’s literally how he went bankrupt. After that he had to go all cash because he couldn’t get a loan. He’s now worth $250-500 million…
Personally I don’t want others having any control over my property. Sounds like you’re having an ideal experience with your HOA. Hopefully that will continue for the duration of your time in that house. However just because it’s great today doesn’t mean it will be tomorrow. I know many people...
Not specifically in this order. Though I will say Rainier was towards the top for me.
Mt Rainier - Burroughs Mountain Loop
Yellowstone - Lamar valley
Zion - Angels landing
