In about your same size, 6 foot 205 lbs. My thought was the same. I hate freezing so I went 0 knowing I could always unzip and vent which I did this year. Slept comfy and when I started to get cool zipped it back up.
Literally only down side I can see going with the 0 over the 15 is a few...

Several close encounters but a few stand out. Called a calf elk in and she walked up and started licking my bow riser.
Hunting black bears over bait and had one come of the tree and start swatting at the bottom of my tree stand. Poked him in the head with my arrow.

I'm completely new to swapping barrels. I have Tikkas I just havnt removed barrels yet. I'm excited about the whole idea though. Is there a list that shows barrel faces that will work with other cartridges? Do I need a whole new bolt? Bolt face opened up? I assume I would need a new bolt...
