Just picked up another golden puppy 2 days ago. Smack dab in the middle of hunting season. Not great timing but gotta make the most of it. Should be ready to hit the field in a month for a few trial runs.

I triple rinse, then soak in hot water with dawn dish soap overnight, triple rinse, then soak in cold water with some bleach overnight.
Come out pretty clean. Have stained a bit overtime, but no noticeable smell after around 7 big game animals.
