Anyone own a Christensen Ridgeline in .300 wm?

I have the ridgeline in 300 PRC. It worked out really good for me last season, knocked my mule deer on his butt at 455yards. The only dislike I had for it was the stock, and it’s comb height. This year I went ahead and put a XLR magnesium chassis, carbon grip and stock. with this setup I was...

Sleep system sliding in the night.

I personally use DCF ground sheet and do not typically have this issue, if i am on a slight down hill slope i put my pack at the end of my feet. You might also want to look into Seek outside ground sheets. very similar to tyvek; but quitter and a bit more grippy. At 12$ to give it a look...

    Argali S35VN vs Benchmade S30V vs S90V

I recently picked up a brand new bench made altitude black in s90v.. I am very very impressed with the steel, it holds a extremely good edge. Make My Pack More Efficient

Hard to beat a KOWA 553, for its weight and size / glass quality. However the FOV is slightly narrow. I’d say anything lightweight that’s 65mm and under for your application, given you have plenty of open country to glass.. if it’s too thick, stick with the bino’s.

Western mountaineering Long vs Extra Long

i am 5'10 and went with the 6'6 version (Badger). If you are anything like me, having the extra room is really nice to have; little bit of a weight penalty but worth the comfort. i suggest you go with the 7' version to be safe.. note - I also like to stuff my down jacket by my feet and some...

    Seek outside wait times

I placed an order on March 11th for DCF silex, at the time, lead time were 4-6 weeks. I’ve read the lead times increased to 6-8 weeks around that timeframe.. I reached out to them via SO website msg center on ETA a couple days ago on when it might ship but no word back yet. In the past I’ve had...
