If you draw your bow and look through your peep at 20 and then slide your sight to a much further range (say 80 yards), your peep will no longer line up with your sight correctly.     Thumb Release Anchor help

    I went ahead and shortened my draw length and it feels much better in general. Now I'm just trying to find a consistent anchor and then setting the peep from there. For my anchor using the knuckles in my fingers seems to better then using the knuckles in my hand.

    @Steve O I meant more of non-crowded part of the state rather than unit but I definitely get what you're saying. I spoke with some one at AZGFD and they helped me find info on what units were closed when last year so that is a big help @Blackcats06 .
