So serious question. With all the crap in the news you guys feel safe going down that way?
My buddy just got back and was successful , said he felt safer than in downtown Jackson or New Orleans
But just wanted to get other people’s thoughts as well.
Would appreciate some safe travel pointers in...

I really as a whole was not impressed with the VTM and that’s what I’ve had my heart set on… not sure why..the phase 4 just seemed to “feel lighter” even though realistically weight is almost the same … I guess better balanced ? But was definitely quieter than the VTM by far. Draw cycle...
Ordered a Hoyt RX7 in 70 lbs . Optifade elevated 2
Should be at my shop in a month.
Shot the VTM 31, Mathews phase 4 and the RX7
The Rx7 was frickin smooth as butter compared to the other 2 drawing .
one arrow for everything. I’ve been shooting traditional and set in a rhythm … don’t need 50 squirrels running in my head as I’m doing complex aiming trigonometrics while sticking my tongue and doing the stay still dance
Glad I saw this thread. I’m actually about to buy a bow (I hope) tomorrow or Thursday. But I was wondering this same question as I knew my stick bows would be susceptible to delaminating from the heat .
Luckily my bosses here and at my main gig don’t care what I do. So I can bring mine inside ...
I’m 38, realistically probably won’t be able to retire until appropriate age. All my hobbies are expensive.
But I day dream about retiring at 45 … I’ve managed to pay off $30k this year and on tract to pay off another $8k by Christmas and still do my hobbies .
I’ve got a big expense coming up...
Ehh I don’t feel great and I don’t know how much is related to overworking myself vs this is real feeling secondary to low ish T.
So I’ve worked (5) 14 hr shifts this week; Sunday through Thursday. Last night (Friday I worked 4-2 am.
Had to be back up at 545 this am to be at work at 7am until...
So at 38, my testosterone is 307.
Dr said this is acceptable, but one good thing about him he is reluctant to start meds … but all the ranges I’ve been reading are saying I should be in the 600 range.
I have some Winchester brass I’ve managed to accumulate from different forum members. Also have a source from the husband of a co-worker.
He doesn’t reload and factory ammo works in his gun so he’s giving me his spent brass
There is a species of wild cat called a Jaguarundi in our southern swamps looks like a mini mountain lion. They are about the size of a small bobcat. Really rare. Currently google says they don’t have range here in Alabama and Florida, but I have seen one when I was a child.
And talking with...
Gunsmith ordered the 270 wsm reamer today.
Still debating between manners and ag composites. The be patient aspect of me says just wait and order manners because it’s going to be a while before I actually do a sheep hunt and it’s the stock I really want.
The Instant gratification side of me...
Oddly enough red headed step child’s school (technical college) had adopted that as an acceptable form of payment since all of the younger generation likes to use it.
She was getting ready to deposit to the school’s account when it was abducted like a New Mexico cattle farmer
This!!
My girlfriend’s Venmo was hacked and someone pulled 5k out of her account. Venmo absolutely refused to even investigate any fraud much less offer protection.
She closed her account that day and hasn’t looked back

I had an Arctic Cat best riding bike I have ever been on….when it ran which was not often.
I had 3 friends that had 2005 500cc bikes and loved them.
My 2017 was absolute hot garbage. Dealer was no better .
I had 15 hours on it and when it needed the 4th fuel pump I told the mechanic just to...
Getting mine checked along with full bloodwork next week.
Pretty sure mine are bottomed out.
If memory serves me right 2 years ago they were at 250 but they wouldn’t treat anything because it was afternoon when they pulled my blood and it’s supposed to be lower then. Based on reading this...
