Xbolt Bolt Fluting Recommendation and Cost?
I did talk to Browning. They indicated that the Xbolt 2 and Xbolt original stocks would be interchangeable. but that the bolts are slightly different and a fluted Xbolt 2 bolt will not work with an original Xbolt. -

Well ideally ammo becomes more available, and I can just keep the 300 WSM but yes also considering other options in the case that ammo availability continues to be a challenge. -

On the first one the forend wouldn't go on. Me and the FFL struggled with it for about an hour and sent it back. Appparently there was a bad batch of forends and this happened to others as well,. The second one they sent would not cycle any shells and occasionally wouldn't fire when you pulled... -

I have a Franchi Affinity 3 Turkey and a Mossberg SA 20 Tactical Turkey. I much prefer the Mossberg. I shoot TSS. I've had a lot of problems with the Franchi and would never buy another. -

What to do with a Rem 7600
I have 2-7600's in 3006. By far my favorite rifle for hunting the big woods. I had a trigger job done on one and it improved significantly. They are great rifles as long as you're not shooting too far IMO. I know several people who had the 7400's-all had issues with them. -

Talley Mounts for Xbolt?
Can anyone talk about their experiences with Talley mounts? Thinking about getting some for my Xbolt 300 WSM to get the scope a little lower as compared to the current Warne one piece rail. Do people feel like these are a solid option? Thank You! -
