I hunted NF last year end of October…had a great time and did fly in hunt.. I recall there being a lot of rules and paperwork on what I could bring back etc…. Double check to make sure you can bring quarters with bones back across border…. You may have to at least debone… also I had my moose...
I know it’s not .264 but……I have shot the 150 grain ABLR in my .270 for the last 4 years… I have used both factory and hand loaded ammo. Terminal performance has been great for me on whitetail, elk, moose….

I would do some research on Ironbound outfitters…. I hunted moose with them this year and saw plenty of caribou when I was there…. I believe the price jumped quite a bit for 2022.. I think there website said $15k for caribou
I bought a WM versatile for a 2021 moose hunt…. Temps got down to 28 degrees F. I was plenty warm other than the tip of my nose… great bag as far as I’m concerned.
