@doc holiday13 You sound like me. I'm fit,, active, and eat healthy. I rarely even drink alcohol anymore - My glucose test wasn't out of range but was on the upper end. I was really surprised by that but after doing some more digging too much cortisol for too long can mess up your glucose...
I think its a lot more complicated than 1 supplement, I would be cautious going that route. Personally, the root problem seems to be high Cortisol(stress). I'm working on that and sleep. High cortisol wrecks your sleep too, so it just becomes a really bad loop.
I have labs scheduled again...
I was in broken bow in late June and everything looked really good as far as moisture. I believe the western half of the state isn't in a drought anymore.
It seems like Game and Parks was pretty far behind the curve on the mule deer and the doe restriction should have happened 10 years ago...
@NateO 77 she’s happy with it. I’ve also had one for awhile now and have been happy. Works good for multi night trips but cinches down small enough for day trips too. Hard to beat that sale price.
I picked up a metcalf for my wife last year - they were on sale at the black Ovis site at the same time as on camofire and I used a 10% off code with the sale price.
I’m guessing since they changed quotas on those units the hunting pressure is going to be a lot different than the last 10 years. I’m sure the weekend we’ll still be a zoo but with only 15% of the tags go to non residents I’d bet the Monday-Friday pressure to be a lot less.
There’s a few good...
Avoid the online clinic for sure. I definitely wasted a bunch of money there and the service is garbage. The more I dig into this, the more I’m realizing most of the trt clinics are garbage.

If you’re wanting to avoid trt this is the route I...
That’s double what I was prescribed! I haven’t actually taken it yet, it might be an expensive mistake if I decide not take it. Impressive if you built muscle doing cardio!
My free t was the main problem so that’s disappointing your free t didn’t increase.
I have this feeling I can fix this...
Fitness is one of the few things that pushing hard all the time eventually has diminishing returns. Your body can only take so much stress before it says no more. If you’re doing an 8 mile ruck with 60+ lbs you should probably only lift 2 days a week.
I’m really good at over training and I’m...
I'm a pretty fit active guy. We also have 4 kids 10 and under so sleep has been garbage for 10 years. I honestly don't think I have slept a full night without getting up once since we had our first...and Testosterone aids sleep, which increases T levels. The doctor I talked to made it sound...
I had suspected I have Low T for about a year now(I'm 39) Finally got tested. Total 603 but my free is 6.3. I was a little disappointed as I really try to take good care of myself.
I went with a telehealth company so I wouldn't have to drive to 100 miles to Omaha for appointments and they...
Every year that I haven’t drawn a limited entry tag somewhere since 2017.
I’ve only hunted otc rifle but I did have a muzzleloader tag in an otc archery unit a couple years ago. Never again, what a zoo!!! Maybe it was the unit but it sure seemed more crowded than any rifle season I’ve hunted.
Mine did the same but only when it was really loaded heavy. Now it doesn’t seem to squeak anymore so it’s probably just a break in issue. (Unfortunately It took a couple years for that squeak to go away)
@Stalker69 I don't think @SDHNTR was saying the exact opposite. I think we all desire more time to do the things we love but its not an excuse to be a fool with money.
