I have their gaiters and very disappointed. I have big calves but they aren't huge. They don't even come close to fitting and it's the biggest size they make. The reviews seem to be consistent. They will be for sale on here shortly. -

The states don't own wildlife. Wildlife is that of the people within said state. One is government entity, one is not. And that is straight from a Wildlife Officer.- cfdjay

The leverage is limited I agree however working for a govt institute myself, I assure you that bad press is leverage. Going to the media may not seem like a big deal but that's when the higher-ups have to answer to the even higher-ups. -
