And as far as your situation , yeah trying to figure out a legal bull in CO at that distance is tough with Binos. I bet for guys that are out all year scouting and hutning can judge that better just by experience. But i get it, on an OTC tag and coming all that way.. it can be frustrating not...

Oh hell yeah! As a PA guy as well who also loves to make an annual hunting trip out West.. love to see the backcountry hunting style in the East as well!

Yup sounds about right with that snowfall haha. Good deal on the elk! We hunted hard, it’s not easy headin all the way out there for a couple yinzers. I snagged an OTC deer tag in Idaho as well! Going to head out solo with the bow. Ping me if u wanna bs more about game plans
Awesome man! Ringgold grad here. And my cousins have a camp up in Clearfield county! Very small word. Might circle back with u when I finally decide to make the jump lol

Oh nice man! Wow I’m right there, I’m in Washington county. I swear every day I get closer and closer to pulling the trigger to moving out westand I’ve said Wyoming would be it!
Similar experience as several other guys written here at first glance. Was 21k in line. Took about 2 hours , last 30 minutes to that point i really jumped up.
Said there was 1 deer tag left in 35 which was one of the units I looked at so i snagged it
Hey man saw your post from last year about trying to get an archery mulie tag in Idaho in the Sawtooth. Did u by chance snag one and go? Been doing some research in that area with tags going on sale on Friday
